After a brief introduction to the program, a thorough yet simple safety briefing for quad and buggy driving follows, suitable even for beginners. Once ready, the adventure begins. The route leads to Stancija Kumparička, an authentic family-owned estate renowned for goat breeding and the production of high-quality goat cheeses. The hosts will guide you through the property, introduce local traditions, farming practices, and the cheese-making process, while giving you the opportunity to taste carefully selected local products.
Dating back to the 14th century, the estate has been fully restored and represents a perfect blend of Istrian heritage and modern craftsmanship, making this part of the program a unique gastronomic and cultural experience.
After the culinary experience, the adventure continues off-road towards the coast. Along the way, we stop at one of Istria’s most beautiful viewpoints, offering spectacular views of Raša Bay and the northern Adriatic. The program then reaches the seaside, where you can swim, sunbathe, and relax on one of the most beautiful beaches of eastern Istria.
Refreshed and full of impressions, we return by vehicle to the starting point, completing a perfect combination of adrenaline, gastronomy, and natural beauty.
