Yes, children are allowed, but only one child per vehicle, and the child must sit in front of the driver while riding. The minimum age for a child to ride on a quad is 8 years. If you have a child younger than 8, please check out our Buggy Family Tour, which is suitable for all ages.

Yes, a category B driver’s license is required to operate all of our vehicles.

We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance, especially during the season (June–September), to secure your preferred time slot. For larger groups and team-building events, we recommend booking one week in advance.

No, it's very easy. With guidance from our experienced instructors, anyone can learn to drive without any difficulty. All vehicles have automatic transmission, which makes control even easier.

Age limit depends on the activity:
✅ Quad & buggy rides: Minimum age for the driver is 18 years old with a valid B category driver's license. Passengers can be under 18 years old with parental supervision.
✅ Paintball & zipline: Minimum age is 10 years old, with written parental consent for those under 18 years old.
✅ Jet-ski and kayak: Recommended age is 16+ years old with adult supervision.

If the reservation is cancelled more than 7 days before the tour, participants will receive a full refund.

If the reservation is cancelled 2 to 7 days before the tour, participants will receive a 75% refund.

If the guest cancels less than 48 hours before the tour or does not show up on the day of the tour, no refund will be issued.

Safety is our priority! In case of bad weather (heavy rain, storm), we will offer you a new date or a full refund. Light rain usually doesn't cause a problem for most activities, but in case of extreme conditions, we will contact you in time and find the best solution.

Payment can be made in cash or by card on-site, or in advance via online payment.
