We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance, especially during the season (June–September), to secure your preferred time slot. For larger groups and team-building events, we recommend booking one week in advance.

Age limit depends on the activity:
✅ Quad & buggy rides: Minimum age for the driver is 18 years old with a valid B category driver's license. Passengers can be under 18 years old with parental supervision.
✅ Paintball & zipline: Minimum age is 10 years old, with written parental consent for those under 18 years old.
✅ Jet-ski and kayak: Recommended age is 16+ years old with adult supervision.

Safety is our priority! In case of bad weather (heavy rain, storm), we will offer you a new date or a full refund. Light rain usually doesn't cause a problem for most activities, but in case of extreme conditions, we will contact you in time and find the best solution.

For all activities, we recommend comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor conditions. Specifically:
Sportswear, closed-toe shoes, sunglasses, swimsuit, towels, and sunscreen.
Don’t forget your camera or GoPro! You’ll want to capture the memories!

No! All of our activities, including quad, buggy and jet-ski rides, are suitable for both beginners and experienced adventurers. Before each tour, our guides provide a short training and safety briefing to make sure you feel safe and ready for the adventure!
